JoAnn was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile throughout my home purchase process. Between her and her husband Chris, they were the power couple and always were available for appointments, showings and answering any questions or concerns. We were purchasing a home from a distance during Covid-19 quarantine, and one of them were always available to make visits to the property on my behalf. She is also extremely well networked and can recommend top-notch local contractors or trades people.
